Liberty Village’s mix of converted warehouse lofts and new highrises is a great place to live and a complicated place to load a truck. Most lofts have:
- Narrow freight elevators (5’6″ wide is common)
- Single-loading-dock access shared with retail tenants
- Streetcar lines on King St limiting where the truck can park
