We factor that into the plan where a driveway will not do.

Whitby is a town of houses, not high-rises
At the 2021 census, single detached houses made up about 70 per cent of Whitby’s dwellings, attached homes such as townhouses and semis another 23 per cent, and apartments only about seven per cent.
